Chef - tools of the trade

Well I will start off by saying that chef's use alot of different tools to get things done. They use many different knive's in doing their job I mean who has heard of a good chef without a decent set of knive's. Now we get to pot's and pan's and everything in between Chef use many different sizes of pots and pans to get all their jobs done. There is many different way to cook food and that means there are also many different pieces of equipment from oven to deep fryers there are so many pieces of equipment chefs use that its just too much to say in a single blog.

  1. Sure there are too many things to talk about, but how about focusing on the knives. What will a set of those cost you? Are you expected to provide your own? Do you know the difference between chef's quality professional blades and what most people use at home? Say more to show off your interest and your research.
